Backstory
Igor lives, Igor serves, Igor lives again. Highly intelligent in his field, yet totally inept in a myriad other ways, Igor lives by two codes: furthering science and medicine by any means, and doing what he's told and not sweating the big picture stuff. Very skilled at surgery, he has "improved" himself in many ways, creating a piecemeal but solid form for himself. He has been careful to share his surgical skills with locals, perhaps as insurance that when the torch bearing mob comes to kill the latest freak of science and the alchemist laughing maniacally behind it, he will be spared. After a grisly accident where an alchemist turned hulking menace murdered his last Master on a killing spree, Igor leaves in search of more opportunities to hone his craft, and push the bounds of science still more, till it creaks and moans. He has heard rumors of "violet monsters" and seeks to further his craft in a more purple direction.
